Dennis Chen	0f7291e018	Prototype fixing for (hash_log_extend_event) According to the section 6.6.1 'Prototype' in 'TCG EFI Protocol Spec', the 3rd parameter of the (hash_log_extend_event) should be 'EFI_PHYSICAL_ADDRESS' which is 'grub_efi_physical_address_t' in the real implementation.
